
Return & Exchange Policy
At Shandoor Polo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Returns:
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 03 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. 1
- Certain items, such as undergarments, swimwear, socks, leggings are not eligible for return.
Process:
Contact our customer service team at customerservice@shandoorpolo.com or 03326425960 to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided in the return authorization.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect item shipped).
- Please allow 05 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item(s).
Exchanges:
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unworn, unwashed, original condition, tags attached, original packaging).
Process:
Contact our customer service team atcustomerservice@shandoorpolo.com or call 03326425960 to initiate an exchange request. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
We will check the availability of the requested exchange item.
If the exchange item is available, we will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to return your original item(s).
Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided in the exchange authorization.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will ship your exchange item(s).
If the exchange item is of a different value, we will either refund the difference, or request the difference to be paid.
Shipping for Exchanges:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange.
- Shandoor Polo will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) back to the customer.
Important Notes:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and exchanges.
- Shandoor Polo is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
